Tunde is an entrepreneur driven by her exceptional leadership skills and work ethics. She has been running her own successfully growing business for 11 years and decided the time is right to pursue her passion for real estate.
Tunde’s belief is that being yourself and allowing individuals to shine is the key to success. She is great in bringing the best out of the rest of The Soulutionists team whilst having a collective vision for the firm. Tunde always says that “Teams that laugh together work better together”’ and she is keen to prove this to you.
Tunde is also an Affiliate of The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).

Anita has worked in the property industry for over 16 years, for some of the biggest managing agents in London gaining in-depth knowledge and experience in estate and block management.
She brings her experience but with new dimension, by always seeking innovative ways to achieve the desired results for the developments she manages. Her exceptional work ethic and pragmatic approach to work is commended by her clients and leaseholders. Raised in a family with long-term business success, she was taught to be always ethical and conscientious.
Anita also holds the industry relevant qualification; Member of Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM) and Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).
