The Soulutionists were established in late 2018 by three ambitious ladies to offer a number of services in the construction and property management industry.

We pride ourselves to be conscientious and provide our services with a soulful touch. These include, but not limited to:

Consultancy relating to Service Charges, Leases and the Landlord & Tenant Act.

How we work with you, and for you

At The Soulutionists, we feel that seamless transition from your previous agent is key, and our hold-your-hand approach will enable a prompt upload of data to our management system.

All new blocks taken over by The Soulutionists from your previous managing agent will be closely monitored for a minimum period of three months, in order to ensure that any historic issues are swiftly dealt with. Frequent updates will also be provided to the clients, leaseholder and residents.
